Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
The Nycole Glow values & appreciates your business. TNG understands that situations may arise that require a change to your scheduled appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of the spa and to accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy.
Cancellation Notice:
TNG kindly requests a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedule accordingly.
Cancellation Fee:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 50% of the service.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to modify the service duration or, in some cases, reschedule the appointment to ensure the best experience for all clients. You will still be charged for the original service booked if your time is modified.
Refunds:
Refunds are generally not provided for completed services. However, if you are dissatisfied with your service, please communicate your concerns to Alexis before leaving the premises. We will make every effort to address your issues and find a satisfactory solution, which may include a complimentary adjustment or a credit towards future services.
Deposits: Deposits will always go towards the balance of your service. Remainder of service will be due at the time of appointment. In the event of a cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited to cover provider/service costs. Deposits are transferrable for up to ONE reschedule (1 credit). After 1 reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited and your appointment will be cancelled.
